Gov. Jan Brewer says she's told legislative leaders that cuts to education and other programs must be restored and that she won't budge on that during the special session she's called for next week.
"I still maintain that I will not decimate education and I'm not going to harm our vulnerable population, not our elderly, not our most frail and not our children," Brewer said Thursday afternoon in a meeting with Capitol reporters.
