Paulina Morris was talking a lot of trash last week. The Republican candidate in Arizona's 3rd Congressional District put out a scathing video slamming the front-runners in the crowded field.

She called Ben Quayle the "worst candidate" in the race; accused businessman Steve Moak of using his charity to line his pockets; and said former state Sen. Jim Waring had "no character."

Republican congressional candidate Ben Quayle launched his latest radio ad Friday, once again calling President Barack Obama "the worst president in history."

Quayle uses the 60-second spot to accuse Obama of saddling Americans with tens of thousands of dollars in debt, killing jobs with "socialist" business policies and playing racial politics with illegal immigration.

Republicans in the state's key legislative races have been pushing hard to sway voters in the days before Tuesday's primary election.

Candidates in some of the most contested primaries are hoping last-minute phone banks, door-to-door canvassing and new campaign signs will give them an advantage in what is expected to be a low-turnout affair.
